hardCORE cardio

I am SO excited about my new class at CrossFit Round Rock!!



hardCORE cardio isn't your average workout.  I combine CrossFit style workouts with body weight and/or low weight CrossFit movements to increase cardio endurance and I also add isolated abdominal work to strengthen your core.
