Want to step up your game at the gym?  Or maybe group exercise classes are not what you're looking for?   I am available for one-on-one personal training.

Personal Training sessions are 1 hour and geared towards YOUR goals - no matter what they might be!  I also include nutritional guidance and body fat testing.


Have a friend or significant other that you would like to workout with?  I am also available for small group training (up to 3 people in the same 1 hour session).
